Late 18th / early 19th century
With broad curved single-edged blade showing signs of age and use, characteristic tulwar brass hilt with domed pommel and disc-shaped finial, and carved ivory grip segment secured by a silver ferrule, the pommel with an openwork floral design. Retains portions of the original leather-covered wooden scabbard, overall length 82cm
