Condition report:
Good condition altogether there are various areas of loss, lifting and chips.
Most of the pinned sections which run along the edges are loose with some missing.
A section of pierced fret missing from the side.
Two sections of edging missing from the top half of the lid at the front.
Some lifting to the tortoiseshell in areas, chips, loss and minor scuffs - notably to the corners. Minor shrinkage gaps between the sections in some areas. .
The feet are bone.
