The diamonds have slight variation of cut, they look to be generally fairly white stones, but slight variation of colour, one or two internal inclusions, some of which are surface reaching, note slight variation of the colour of the turquoise, the right has not obviously been re-sized in the past, the head of the ring maybe in association with the shank and shoulders
