Vizagapatam, with engraved strap-work and cartouches to the pierced fretwork, sandalwood interior, raised on paw feet, 20cm wide; 8cm high

  Condition report: rubbing and general wear commensurate with use and age, some chips and looses. A shrinkage crack to the bottom of the casket and smaller hairline cracks to the central cartouche of  the cover. Some fading to the tortoiseshell.
