With a broken arch hood above glazed doors, flanked by columns, the trunk with an arched panel door, above panelled base and plinth, the 12in arched silvered dial, signed JOHN HUBBARD, LONDON, above the moon phase aperture, with foliate engraved spandrels, enclosing engraved Roman chapters and Arabic five-minute markers with recessed seconds subsidiary and calendar aperture sector, the twin train movement with rack strike on a bell and anchor escapement
