The bell top case with a brass carrying handle, above a moulded pediment, the panel door with fretted spandrels, arched moulding and glazed panel, the sides each with a fretted roundel and rectangular panel, on stepped moulded base and block feet, the 6 ¾ in. arched brass dial with strike/silent to the arch, pierced brass spandrels, silvered chapter ring enclosing a matted centre with cut-out silvered signature escutcheon, central alarm-setting disc, above calendar aperture, the twin train wire gut fusée movement with foliate engraved backplate and pendulum locking block

Condition Report:

1 pendulum. 3 case keys


The clock is in good original condition.  The movement is clean but will require a service. It has an anchor escapement and was originally verge.  It ticks and strikes and the alarm functions.
