CONDITION REPORT

The clock is in excellent condition.  From what we understand, it was restored around 20 years ago.  The case has been cleaned.  The dial has been re-painted and the movement cleaned and serviced.  It strikes and ticks. It might benefit from an oil though after this time.  The back door has a slight warp which pulls the locking side away from the case.  It still locks with a small push when engaging the lock.
