CONDITION REPORT

The brass finial to adjust the vernier is replaced.  The tube appears to fit the cut out on the silvered scale very well.  There is a length of mercury at the top of the tube, held by the vacuum, so one can assume the reservoir may be damaged and some has leaked.

Some marks and knocks consistent with age.
