The arched hood with brass finial, above a convex glass and brass bezel, the trunk flanked by fluted-quarter columns and with a conch shell-inlaid shallow arched door, on a stepped base with bracket feet, the 13 in. circular white painted dial with pierced blued steel hands, and subsidiaries for seconds and date, the twin train movement with anchor escapement

Condition report:

1 pendulum. 2 weights. 1 winding key.


The clock is in good original condition.  A piece of moulding from the upper right side is loose and present.

The movement is dirty and will require a full service.  There is chipping around the winding apertures and to the central area of the calendar dial.  The case with knocks and marks consistent with age.  An attractive clock with well figured door and base.
