The execution of the present work is recorded in Tuke's Diary entry for 6th December 1924:
Out to the Barque 'Hippen' a most beautiful day with late silvery blue effect.  Shifted the anchor four times as the vessel moved around.  Out pollacking for an hour, caught one 4lbs. & nothing more.
