old marks and scratches present, chest is of solid construction and sturdy, some faint ring marks to the top, small split to top left side, with a small chip to the right side corner/edge, second long drawer has a split to drawer front see images. drawers are ever so slightly stiff, with the linings and backboard being chipboard.
