The painting attributed to Edward Withers, with scattered pink roses inside light blue and gilt mosaic borders reserved with gilt framed oval panels enclosing further pink roses, blue painted crowned D mark to dish, ice pail with later painted gold anchor mark, ice pail 24cm high, dish 32cm wide; also 1 volume, W.D.John, 'William Billingsley ( 1758-1828), The Ceramic Book Company, Newport, 1968, Limited edition of 1000 copies, where the ice pail is illustrated plate 38B

Ice pail, cover and liner- the ice pail has been extensively restored and cracked. The cover has some wear to the gilding. The liner has been broken into two piece and has cracks
Dish- restoration to the handle at one end. Shallow chip and a nick to the rim. Some wear and surface scratches
