The Princess of Wales presented this photograph to East Midlands Sexual Health (formerly known as Leicestershire Aids Support Services) when she visited the charity in 1991.
Diana is wearing a Victor Elderstein designed red and black velvet trim dress in the photograph. Elderstein was among her favourites, other dresses include the famous ‘revenge’ black dress and the ‘Travolta’ gown. She also wore this dress to the Aldwych Theatre where Joan Collins was performing.
