Brandard after the author (without a half title, some mainly marginal staining and spotting, one plate more heavily stained at the fore-edge with a short tear and slight fraying, a large black stain to the margin of one plate, not affecting image). Attractively bound in modern green half morocco, the spine gilt in compartments, new endpapers. Provenance: From the Collection of Wilfrid Ward (armorial bookplate).
