Half title, half tone portrait frontispiece of the book's dedicatee "The Most Hon. The Marchioness of Tweeddale, Patroness of the Murrayfield Home," half tone illustrations, some full-page (some very light spotting and staining). Contemporary full red morocco gilt, marbled endpapers, gilt edges [?specially bound for the dedicatee] (extremities rubbed).
