Decorations by Gilbert Rumbold printed in colours, “Bacardi Cocktail” slip inserted at [p.25] ([?]cocktail spillage stains to pp. 174-175 but otherwise clean apart from a few other mainly marginal stains). Original cloth-backed silver and coloured pictorial boards (some minor surface abrasion, as usual). FIRST EDITION, first issue, with page-number on title.
