illustrations by Byron Sewell incorporating the text of the poem on an extremely
long accordion leaf, one plate printed in red and black with a filter-sheet of
red acetate, 30 interchangeable cards in pocket at the end. Original black
buckram, spine lettered in gilt. NUMBER 232 OF 250 COPIES.
