Condition report:
Crests loose, wear and tear, losses in areas.
Shrinkage in areas, with various losses and chips to the extremities and the frame and edges of some the carving, commensurate with use and age. Wear to the arms, legs and edges.
One with leather seat and back, but with numerous holes and losses. The other with back pad with numerous losses.
Repair to the top of one chair, visible at the back and horizontal line visible from the front.
Constructional joints to x frame legs and arms visible. Pegs joining the top of the arms to the frame visible. Relatively sturdy frames, finials would benefit from tightening to arms.
No apparent or obvious signs of worm.
