The clock with a stepped pediment and large central finial and a smaller finial to each corner, above the dial panel raised in high relief with a procession of figures, below the 3 1/2in circular silvered dial, flanked by rectangular columns, the sides each with a rectangular Chinoiserie panel, on a stepped base, the twin train drum-shaped movement with Brocot’s trademark, numbered 6002 14, striking the hour and half on a gong, together with the pair of urn side pieces en-suite
