Provenance: "Theune, Amsterdam" (stamp at lower margin of title); from the Collection of the late Dr Elkan Lewis (1931-2020). FIRST EDITION of the "Kreutzer Sonata", the later issue with corrections ("uno" and "per") on the title, and, unusually, including both the piano and violin parts: the latter are often lacking.
