A pair of French porcelain baluster vases and covers of Nelson Service pattern (7)

Probably Samson, early 20th century, each painted with the arms of Viscount Nelson of Bronte between acorn and oak leaf borders reserved with two panels inscribed `Nelson 22 April' and `Nelson San Josef', (a.f), 23cm. high; also a Volkstedt figure of a boy feeding chickens, 14cm. high; a Continental figure of a girl wearing a hat, 11.5cm. high and a small porcelain figure of putto and lamb, 7.5cm. high

Vases and covers- one vase has a long curving haircrack from the rim, approx. 20cm. length. There is a splash of gold to the reverse of the vase. the finial of one cover has been broken off and repaired with some repainting around the surrounding area. Some overall wear to enamels and gilding.

Volkstedt figure- minor chip to beak of one chick

Girl in hat- small chip to finger on right hand.

Putto and lamb- some restoration and small chips.
