Each of shaped circular form, decorated with a gadrooned rim, otherwise crest engraved, diameter 28cm, London 1758, maker Edward Wakelin, combined weight 1364 gms
Both plates have knife and fork marks from use, these are now fairly polished, further buffing would no doubt remove them successfully.  The crests are a bit worn but still discernable, marks good
