Condition report:
This lot will need rewiring for electrical use. There are no wires at present.
It will also need to be cleaned, dirt and dust commensurate with use and age.
The frost glass shade is more than likely a replacement, being slightly inconsistent with the shape of the frame towards the bottom, but it sits into the circlet frieze comfortably.
Some general oxidization / tarnishing to the surfaces as to be expected.
