Condition report: 

One arm slightly loose and requires simple regluing to tenon joint. 

The same chair with visible pegged front legs at the top - adjacent to the seat rail, possibly re strengthened front legs. 

Reupholstered at some point, cleaned and polished frame. 

Stretchers have been repaired at some point. 

General, inevitable scuffs, scratches, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age.
