Hallmarks are a bit rubbed, maker's mark no longer legible, some past restoration to the stems and evidence of re-soldering to some joins.
Note: the sconces are associated, nevertheless they are well matched, some loss of definition to the decoration to the bands part way down, personal viewing recommended
