Handle has been replaced, hallmark rather polished with some loss of definition, in particular the makers mark, has been professionally cleaned in the past, rivets to handle and pin to lid are probably replaced, crest a little rubbed, otherwise no serious dents to the body. The crest looks to be mid to late 18th century
