Welch tailor- chip to tricorn hat. Restored through neck. Restored through right shoulder. One kid lacking a horn and ear. Restoration to goat's horns and right ear. Restoration to each pistol case. Restoration to tailor's right leg and foot. Small chips to applied flowers and leaves
