A GEORGE III OAK INVERTED BREAKFRONT DRESSER BASE

Condition report: 

Overall this piece has been repaired and restored. 

Numerous replacements in areas included additional sections of timber to the cupboard door edges, replacement pine backboards, bracket feet, later metal work - hinges, handles, ring pull handles to the doors. 

Various chips, losses and shrinkage commensurate with use and age - mostly to the leading edges of the drawers, doors and sides. Shrinkage to the panels of the tops with variation in colour at the back edge and sun fading.
