Condition Report: There are no markings to indicate carat of the gold. The suggestion is that the ring mount is probably loaded, that means that it is probably gold to the exterior but with some sort of composition filling rather than being solid gold. The jasper is in good condition. The ring is likely to be a good quality copy of an antiquity.
