The silver ball detailed 'Presented to Mrs George Armitstead, Castle Huntley, Longforgan, by the members of the Invergowrie Bowling Club, in grateful acknowledgement of the gift of the green, club house and accessories, formerly opened by her 15th June 1904', Birmingham 1903, gross weight 986 gms, (possibly loaded), the stand of rustic form raised on a triangular wooden base

Condition Report: The ball is in good condition, there are no dents, just a few hairline scratches. Ball diameter 57mm. The rustic stand is of a later date, it is essentially brass with a palatinated finish to give a rustic appearance. It is fitted to an oak base. Length of side of base 12.5cm
