Condition report:
The plate is not misaligned, but quite oxidised in the left corner area. The reeded edge is also chipped and worn in areas.
The plate could be a replacement ‘aged’ plate. The backboard has been resecured with later pins and possibly replaced with the backboards back to front; the inside bevelled edge and cleaner/ less oxidised timber visible, in comparison to the surrounding timber sections.
Gilding with light scuffs and cracks in areas. Some minor shrinkage cracks between sections. Dirt and dust.

The mirror plate covered with paper backing which has been torn off. The plate with numerous speckles of oxidisation.
Ball knop decoration loose, but present.
