With curved single-edged blade showing a broad fuller and faint inscriptions, the iron hilt of characteristic form with a domed disc pommel, The hilt with decoration to the langets and crossguard, decorated with a geometric rosette to the centre. Housed in a later black leather scabbard, overall length 94cm
