Condition report
The canvas appears to have an old relining. craquelure to paint surface, stable and consistent with a work of this age. Discoloured varnish and minor scuffs and abrasions in the lower left corner, flecks of paint loss, lower centre and upper left; ultraviolet light reveals no sign of retouching, however the varnish prevents a conclusive reading.
