Condition report
The canvas has an old reclining and is loose in some areas. The paint surface shows traces of a discoloured varnish throughout, evidence of craquelure, but generally sound. Ultraviolet light reveals no sign of retouching but the aforementioned varnish prevents conclusive examination.
