Condition report
Original canvas. The paint surface is dirty with areas of discoloured varnish; small tear off the lower right border, a small abrasion in the upper left corner and a small surface scratch off the lower left border. Ultraviolet reveals an inscription ‘LIX 1877’ in the lower right corner but no sign of retouching.
