There is a vertical crack to the panel, running top to bottom, left of centre. There is a thick varnish and traces of further diagonal abrasions to paint surface, also stretcher marks off the left border. Ultraviolet reveals retouching to aforementioned diagonal abrasions but the varnish prevents further examination.
