Set with old cut diamonds and faceted onyx, the central old cut diamond (weight 0.63 carats and a total diamond weight of 4.24 carats), in unmarked white metal bearing French marks, weight 12 grams, signed CARTIER twice and numbered 916A or 916n on one side, in a green Cartier Paris box.
