The large antique oval yellow sapphire (weight 34.14 carats) surrounded by old mine cut diamonds, in silver and gold, ring size R, weight 16.0 grams, the sapphire and diamonds ring head are 19th century and have been later converted into a ring.

CONDITION REPORT
The sapphire has surface abrasion and nibbled facet edges giving a cloudy appearance, the diamond setting is worn.
The sapphire measures - 21.5 x 16.1 x 11.74 mm = 34.14 carats
The sapphire and diamonds ring head are 19th C and have been later converted into a ring.

obvious evidence of heat treatment.
