Featuring a principal natural unheated red spinel (weight 1.93 carats) and four principal round and old European cut diamonds, the mount in the form of two feathers wrapped around the main stones, with further diamond detailing (total diamond weight 2.62 carats), signed Monture Cartier, ring size K, weight 11.9 grams. The spinel comes with a lab report from The Gem and Pearl Lab.
