Condition report: 

Various chips to the rim of the water spout and small grazes to the handle. Various chips to the ears and older chips to the tips of the feet, together with the tip of the nose.  General wear and tear to the surface overall.  Label to the underside. Please see extra images. 


This is probably Huaca 500-800 CE.
