The globular body decorated with the bajixang and lotus sprays, the neck painted with multi-coloured panels, the separate cylindrical top with foliate sprays against a yellow ground, 28.5cm high (2)

The ribbed neck and the cover has traces of a glue like substance, possibly cellotape to hold the two pieces together,  which should be possible to remove.The style of painting on the cover is different to the vase so they may be associated. The neck of the cover has been slightly reduced. Overall minor wear to enamels and gilding
