CONDITION REPORT: 

Worm in areas - as to be expected. 

A outward scroll arms with a little movement, one notably to the left side with a break and another shrinkage break to the back upright. Top rail with two constructional joins visible on close inspection. Otherwise, inevitable scuffs, scratches, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age.

Wear to the faux rosewood  paint effect in areas. 

The castors are probably good associated replacements. 

Upholstery dirty and worn with a few patches of dirt and marks. Please see additional images. 

Height to seat is 40cm approx  and including cushion is 46cm approx
