Condition report:
Various inevitable scuffs, scratches, dents, small shrinkage cracks and chips to veneers with some minor lifting in areas, and marks commensurate with wear, use and age. Please see extra imges.
Some losses to the veneers and moulding to the side returns (see images). One bun handle to the roll top loose and another chipped others also with small chips in areas.
The sliding out writing surface with a lift up leather slope, which is lacking a pull out strap, and supported on an easel back. The roll top comes down and the lock has caused a a few marks. Two lock holes have been filled in at some point. See images
Some old repairs in areas, see images, notably to the right side of the arch at the front and along the front edge, where most exposed to wear.
