First half 19th century
modelled as a man seated looking forward wearing a long blue robe, his hair in a plait of horsehair, the reverse inscribed in black, `HING LOONG, Dealer in Porcelain and Crockery, No 91 Queen's Road, Hong Kong, Also Canton and Singapore', the inscription flanked each side by two lines of calligraphy, 38cm high

The right hand is a replacement, attached to a cork which has now broken off. Glued repair through left ankle. Small chip and repaired break to left leg immediately beneath edge of robe. MInor chips to edges
