Pin hinge is sound, pin probably replaced and is currently a bit bent. Pearls in good condition, turquoise is slightly bent over. The pin would probably secure safely to what it is worn on.
There is nothing missing from the section of the brooch that extends from the bottom right in the shape of a leaf. It is simple the end of the stem.
