Condition report
Some small spots of foxing and a few small marks visible in pale areas, including a slightly yellow vertical mark to right side.
A dark vertical mark visible to lower centre under trees and a small water mark visible to the left of this (marks appear to be unrelated), these both could possibly be original to the work but cannot definitely say.
A small tear to lower right edge.
Overall the work appears in generally good, presentable condition.
Under glass and unexamined out of frame.
