Mounted with oval cut garnets and round cut chrysoberyls, suspending a heart shaped drop with a pear cut garnet mounted to the front and a glazed panel to the reverse, with scrolling engraving to the metal, in unmarked gold, with makers mark DB, measuring 51.8mm x 41.6mm, gross weight 20.1 grams
