Condition report:
The quilt is made up of smaller diamond shaped patches and lacks a backing. The paper sections are present, torn and in fragments. The edges are generally worn, with tears and mis-shaped sections. One side with an area missing - approx 68cm long and several horizontal diamonds deep, see extra image. Other patches are torn but mainly towards the edges. Discolouration overall rather than patches.
The one with hexagonal patches is lined at the back. Paper backing is evident. Some hexagons are torn in areas, about half dozen. The worse example is illustrated in the extra photos. The lining looks later and there are hanging loops., Some discolouration overall with the odd small darker spotting, mostly to the fabric that is waxed. See extra images.
Both with loose cotton thread in areas.
