Condition report:
The first box missing four implements. One implement looks to be missing a part. Mirror glass with losses to the silvering around the edges. General tarnishing. The case with some ware and losses to the shagreen along the edges and extremities.
The scent bottles both with chips to the upper rim, one a little larger - see image. Further dirt and very small nick to the shoulder of the lobbed decoration of one. The gold stoppers are loose and one with a small loss at the edge. The case in good condition with inevitable scuffs, scratches and marks commensurate with wear, use and age particularly to the bottom edge and back. A lacquer has been applied at some stage. Some residue of the red velvet has rubbed on to the waisted foot.
