Of shaped circular form, having a shell and pie-crust rim in the Chippendale style, the centre monogrammed engraved with a crown surmount , raised on three feet, diameter 17.7cm, London 1812, with an inscription to the back relating to the purchase of the salver at the sale of the effects of the Duke of Sussex on 22nd June 1843, weight 314 gms
